The goal

The team at Expo had started a redesign with another agency and were losing hope; the project was at a standstill and the visual impact they were looking for seemed impossible to achieve. They wanted a colorful, interactive site with a comprehensive event calendar interface. Real time connection with the Expo's event management system to avoid double data entry. All this, achieved in record time to be ready for the general public in 2 months!

Our solutions

Flat design and interactive animations, massive calls to action enhanced with a robust custom search tool, pages for each event with direct registration links to the event management tool, sharing buttons and bios of the speakers. Programming of a React endpoint hosted on AWS, linking the Expo’s management system, Swapcard, and Webflow APIs to dynamically feed the site’s content.

The floating “pills” that display an image on cursor hover, the massive colorful drawers that open on click and—definitely—the comprehensive event calendar interface and its direct, instant sync function with the Expo’s system.
